1. The Revisional Court has remanded the matters to the Tahasildar for a fresh decision. The only apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner's points of views may not be considered by the Tahasildar. There is no room for such apprehension. Once the matter is remanded, all parties are obviously permitted to place all their points of views before the Tahasildar in accordance with law.
