This matter is taken up by hybrid arranged Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is the successive journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Fategarh P.S. Case No.184 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.175 of 2020 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Bhapur running for alleged commission of offence under Section 341/324/307/506/34 of the IPC, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made, further keeping in view the role said to have been played by the Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on records which stand

// 2 // against the Petitioner with other surrounding circumstances; and on going through the earlier orders dated 25.11.2020 & 24.02.2020 passed in ABLAPL No.14043 of 2020 and BLAPL No.1107 of 2021 respectively, I am not inclined to re-consider the prayer grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
