This is an application for substitution on account of death of petitioner no.5 who according to Mr. Sahu, expired on 06.02.2018. 3.

Considering the submissions made and grounds taken in this application, the prayer for substitution is allowed. 4.

Mr. Sahu undertakes to file the consolidated copy of the cause title by tomorrow.
