ORDER

1. The Petitioner challenges an order dated 21st November 2005, passed by the Tahasildar, Banki under Rule-7 of the Orissa Miscellaneous Certificate Rules, 1984 cancelling the Caste Certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the matter is being referred to the Committee constituted by the State for this purpose for an appropriate decision in accordance with law. This is not objected to by learned counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is permitted to file a proper application for being placed before the Committee concerned not later than 16th August, 2022 and if so filed, the said Committee will after hearing the Petitioner pass an appropriate order within a period of four months thereafter.
4. Till such time the interim order passed by this Court on 27th February, 2006 will continue.
