The Writ Petition involves final order involving O.P.L.E. proceeding initiated vide Annexure-2 and culminated as established through Annexure-4 indicating payment of the penalty on disposal of L.E. Case No.591 of 2004.

In the circumstance and for the Petitioner having clear remedy of Appeal, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage which is dismissed accordingly.
