1. This petition is by a sitting MLA, who approached this Court way back in 2008 for non-repair, renovation and reconstruction of a road for about 60 km from Koira to Bonai via Tensa and Kalaiposh as well as a road from Koira to Rajamunda via Kalka and N.H. 215 located in the Sundargarh District.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners frankly states that he is not aware of what the developments on these issues raised in the petition are in the last 14 years.

3. It is accordingly directed that it would be open to the Petitioners, after ascertaining the current status, to seek appropriate remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law.
