2. As per the submission of the parties, the amount as per the direction of this court dated 31.10.2014 has been paid to both the parties.

3. Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned Senior Advocate for the Appellants and Mr. K.A. Guru, learned counsel for the Respondent confirms receipt of the payment from the intervenor.

4. The appeal is disposed of in terms of order dated 31.10.2014 and all the parties submit/agree to comply the said order within a period of two months from today.
