Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if there is no major defects creating huddles on the entertainability of the R.P. Case No.328 of 2007 and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for admission of the R.P. Case No.328 of 2007, the R.P. Case No.328 of 2007 will be taken up for admission within a period of seven days thereafter.
