It is surprised to note here that even though the R.P. No.327/2007 has been filed in the year 2007, the same has not been admitted as of now. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if there is no major defects creating huddles on the entertainability of the R.P. No.327/2007 and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for admission of the R.P. No.327/2007, the R.P. No.327/2007 will be taken up for admission immediately thereafter. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
