13. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. None appears for the Appellant when the matter is called out.

3. This Court vide order dtd.12.11.2014 had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the appellant wants some more time to file paper publication notice a required vide order dated 25.02.2014. The same be filed by 26.11.2014. The paper publication notice shall be made indicating 06.01.2015 as the date of appearance in Oriya Daily Samaj.

On the event of non-compliance of the order, the Misc. Appeal shall stand dismissed.

Put up this matter on 27.11.2014 for further order."

4. Since the order dtd.12.11.2014 was never complied, the present appeal stands dismissed.
