2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This CMAPL has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 9585 of 2012, which has been dismissed for default vide order dated 16.12.2019.

4. Considering the grounds stated in the petition and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 16.12.2019 is hereby recalled and W.P.(C) No. 9585 of 2012 is restored to its original number.

5. Accordingly, the CMAPL is allowed.
