This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the Petitioners, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore, in C.T. Case No.1080 of 2021, arising out of Sahadevkhunta P.S. Case No.372 of 2021, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
