This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the Petitioner, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Tumudibandh, in C.T. Case No.124 of 2021, arising out of Tumudibandh P.S. Case No.90 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
