This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
This matter involves non-disposal of the First Appeal under the R.T.I. Act, 2005.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event any such appeal at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 is still pending, the appellate authority shall take up and dispose of the same giving opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to be affected, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
