This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the order dated 30.04.2012 passed by the Director of Higher Education, Odisha (opposite party No.2) under Annexure-6, to quash the order of his termination dated 1.11.2003 vide Annexure-8 and to reinstate him in his former post with all service benefits. 2.

It is stated in the I.A. that since the petitioner is suffering from various ailments, he does not want to proceed with the case, and, therefore, files the aforesaid interlocutory application for withdrawal of the writ petition.
