1. This PIL was registered suo motu based on a news item regarding encroachments on the thoroughfare connecting Bhubaneswar Railway Station to Cuttack-Puri, National Highway (Budha Nagar). No substantive orders having been passed in the present suo motu writ petition and pleadings also have not been filed.
