From the order sheet, it appears that after issuance of notice and grant of interim order, the matter is being adjourned at the instance of the Petitioner. As such, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the writ petition. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

It is made clear that interim order dated 21st August, 2012 passed in Misc. Case No.13185 of 2012 is not extended beyond 29th April, 2013. Hence, the same is no more in force. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
