This Writ Petition involves an HRC proceeding initiated in the year 1979. We are in 2022. Undisputedly, the Petitioner has lost in both forums. There is also death of the O.P. This Court finds, this is a stale matter. There might not be any cause of action absolutely after the death of the tenant even.
