Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the pleadings in C.S. No.514 of 2010 are already completed, the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Soro shall conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.514 of 2010 within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
