Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that despite all efforts, no information and instruction has been received from the legal representatives of the Appellant.

Learned counsel for the Respondent, reiterating the submission made earlier, prays for disposal of the Appeal for nonsubstitution of the legal representatives of the sole Respondent, who has died on 15.12.1993. Record reveals that the Respondent having died on 15.12.1993 and it had been informed by his learned counsel on 15.12.1993 by listing a memo; for all these 28 years, no step has been taken for substitution of his legal representatives 3.

In view of the above, since the Appeal stood abated since long, the same stands dismissed.
