Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits, the point involved herein is also involved in the decision in W.P.(C) No.5371/2009. The order passed therein on 8.8.2019 also covers the case at hand.

Hearing the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, taking into account the grounds involved herein, going through the observations of the Second M.A.C.T., Sambalpur at Annexure-1 and further for involvement of a meagre some of compensation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the award. 4.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed.
