This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. S. Panda learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the sole appellant in this case Mr. Basudev Baliarsingh has expired since long and the report furnished by the IIC, Gadisagoda, P.S- Puri is very much available on record. Perused the report of IIC, Gadisagoda wherein the IIC has reported that the Appellant Basudev Baliarsingh has already expired since last two years.

In view of the aforesaid facts and taking into consideration the report submitted by IIC, Gadisagoda and submission of learned counsel for the Appellant, the appeal against sole appellant stands abated. Priyajit ( G. Satapathy) Judge
