Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

For the judgment already passed in O.J.C. No.1466 of 2001 and the dispute as well as relief are already covered by the said order, the present Writ Petition also stands disposed of thereby setting aside Annexure-3 but however with an order of remand of the mater for fresh adjudication with involvement of both the Parties. All the directions in O.J.C.No.1466 of 2001 shall govern the case at hand. Petitioners shall provide copy of this order along with judgment in O.J.C. No.1466 of 2001 for the authority doing the needful.
