Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the notice dated 14th December, 2013 (Annexure-3) issued by Opposite Party No.2-Deputy Inspector General of Police, CRPF Group Centre, Bhubaneswar for vacation of Government Family quarters No.44 Type-II occupied by the Petitioner at Group Centre, Bhubaneswar.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous in the meantime.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order dated 15th January, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.258 of 2014 stands vacated.
