This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on earlier occasions. The defect as pointed out by Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed. This CRLMC is pending before this Court since 2017 and in the meanwhile around five years have passed.

In view of the above facts, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
