Being aggrieved by the Order dtd. 30.01.2010 at Annexure-6 reverting the petitioner working as Additional Computer Programmer (ACP) to the sponsoring Agency, the Writ Petition was filed.

There was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner 11.10.2012 when the matter was called and there is no appearance on this day.

With efflux of time, the cause of action has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed being devoid of merit.
