This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2. Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Orissa State Financial Corporation for extending the benefit of One Time Settlement under the Modified One Time Settlement Scheme-2007 towards the outstanding liabilities in a Term Loan Account.

3. Since the filing of the Writ Petition in the year 2012, no interim order granting any kind of concession.

4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter.

5. Keeping the nature of the relief prayed and by efflux of time, it can be construed that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

6. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
