1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions.

3. Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite parties contended that the petitioner's prayer for grant of NOC is for the academic year 2007-08 and by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Having considered the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate
