This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the Petitioner clears the interim maintenance granted by the lower Court vide Annexure-10 and files a memo with receipt to that effect before the Court below, the application U/s.125(4)&(5) of Cr.P.C vide Annexure-8 shall be taken up for consideration and disposed of within a period of two months from the date of filing of such application. An authenticated copy of this order be also served on the learned Court below. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
