This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order taking cognizance dated 9th December, 2005 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur in G.R. Case no.1226 of 2005. 3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to quash the aforesaid order. 4.

However, giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
