This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order taking cognizance dated 14th September, 2007 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Kujang in G.R. Case No.522 of 2006.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called.

The defect, as pointed out by the S.R., has not yet been removed. 5.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
