The order of termination dated 22.01.2022 under Annexure-3 is set aside and the order dated 23.09.2010 under Annexure-5 passed by the learned Tribunal is quashed. 4.

The Petitioner is entitled to get benefit at par with the similarly situated personas as has been mentioned in Paragrapha-11 of the Counter Affidavit.
