Looking to the age of the Petitioner No.1 in 2001, it is not known whether such person survives or not? It is submitted by the learned counsel for Petitioners that she has no instruction in the matter.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for no instruction. Liberty is, however, granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court again in the event any cause of action involving this issue still survives.
