This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of G.R. Case No. 473 of 2012 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack.

Notice had been issued to the opposite party vide order dated 20.04.2015. But office notice indicates that undelivered notice has returned from opposite party with postal endorsement "Addressee resides at own village, hence returned to sender". The matter has not been listed after 2015. No interim order has been passed in this case. Hence, no useful purpose will be served by keeping this application pending.
