This writ application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for quashing the letter dated 21.4.2010 under Annexure-4 and further prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to continue in his service. 2.

Notice had been issued in this writ application on 20.8.2010 and no interim order has been passed. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. None had also appeared on his behalf when the matter was listed on 24.9.2022.
