1. On 11th July 2018, the Registrar (Judicial) has passed the following order in the present matter:

"None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. Perused the service of notice in admission and status quo matter issued to OP No.16 by RP with AD which has been returned un-served with an endorsement "Refused". Hence service of such notice on OP No.16 is held sufficient. Such notice issued to OPs No.12 and 15 which has been returned with a report "Insufficient address" and "Without any report" respectively. The Petitioner is directed to take fresh steps for issuance of such notice to OPs No.12 and 15 in their present correct address by RP with AD within a week hence, so that the same shall be issued to them fixing a short returnable date. Such notice issued as against OP No.14 which has been returned un-served with a report "Addressee Expired". Steps for substitution of LRs of deceased OP No.14 subject to the question of limitation if any be taken within a week hence, failing which place before the Bench for orders."

2. The matter is placed before this Bench because no steps have been taken by filing an application and getting it numbered. The

Court is therefore not inclined to grant any further indulgence in matter of this nature which is more than twenty years old.
