This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.01.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.48 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated and prays to extend the time to surrender before the learned Additional Special Judge, Talcher. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 5.

Considering the submissions made, the Petitioner is directed to surrender apply for bail within three weeks from today before the learned Additional Special Judge, Talcher, who shall consider the bail application of the Petitioner and dispose of the same by maintaining parity.
