This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender before the court below, as had been directed by order of this Court dated 28.01.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner was suffering from 'Jaundice'. Therefore, he could not surrender before the court below within the time stipulated by this Court. Accordingly, he prays for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

Considering the submission made and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 15.03.2022 to surrender before the court below.

I.A. thus stands allowed.
