This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This CMP has been filed challenging order dated 26th February, 2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Soro in CS No.56 of 2008(I) in rejecting an application filed under Order VI Rule 17 CPC.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners files a memo in Court stating that since the settlement is going on between the parties they do not want to pursue the CMP and prays for withdrawal of the same.

In view of the memo filed the CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. The memo so filed be kept on record. 5.

In view of withdrawal of the CMP interim order dated 10th April, 2018 passed in Misc. Case No.459 of 2018 stands vacated.
