This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the matter has been compromised between the parties. However, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners. In the event, the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Cuttack, in G.R. Case No.3184 of 2021, arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No.144 of 2021, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
