Heard Mr. A.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India for Odisha. 2.

Perused the letter No.291 dated 05.08.2022 of the learned Additional Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barbil wherein he has prayed for two months more time for disposal of 2(C)CC Case No.79 of 2018.

Considering the contents of the aforesaid letter, this Court grants two months more time to the learned trial Court to conclude the proceeding in 2(C)CC Case No.79 of 2018.
