This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
In this writ petition, petitioners have a serious grievance in Annexure-4. To the development at Annexure-3, Mr. Bose, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners makes serious objection to the conversion of the disputed land and makes a prayer to this Court until there is consideration on the objection of the petitioner vide Annexure-4, there should be maintenance of status quo involving the disputed property at least.

It is keeping this in view, for the greater public interest and as this Court finds there is already submission of response being called for at Annexure-3, this Court observes till a decision is taken on Annexure5 by the Collector, Balasore-opposite party no.2, copy of Annexure-4 claimed to have been submitted before the Collector, Balasore, by undertaking such exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioners but, however, involving the parties likely to be affected. There shall be status quo as on date in respect of the disputed property to be maintained by all concerned. The writ petition thus stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
