Even though an allegation is made by Mr.R.K.Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel that there has been raising of point on the no legal heir of the Maguni and thereby claiming particular right in favour of the petitioners, this point has not been taken into consideration by the revisional authority, this Court in reading of the revisional order finds thee has been consideration of such aspect and thus finds no infirmity in the impugned order requiring to be interfered with.
