This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the appellant at the time of call. 3.

Learned counsel for the State by producing the written information received from the IIC, Karanjia P.S., Mayurbhanj submits that the sole appellant in this case has died in the meanwhile in the year 2020 due to old age and disease.

A perusal of the judgment recorded by the learned trial Court, it appears that the appellant was convicted for offence U/S.304-A of IPC and had preferred this appeal.

In view of the aforesaid facts and the written instruction received & produced by the learned counsel for the State, which was kept on record, the present appeal stands abated in terms of provision U/S 394Cr.P.C in view of the death of the appellant. 6.

Accordingly, the CRA is disposed of.
