During course of hearing, learned counsel for O.Ps.1 & 2 makes a statement that there has already been out of court settlement involving the dispute and nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner of course has no instruction with him.

Recording the statement of the learned counsel for O.Ps.1 & 2, this Court finds, in the event there is in fact achieving of an outside court settlement, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Writ Petition, which stands dropped but however with liberty to the
