Learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that there has been settlement outside Court. In the circumstance, this Court finds there is no requirement to adjudicate the dispute involved herein. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of except observing that parties since have already entered into compromise will remain bound by same.
