THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE R. K. PATTANAIK
ORDER
30.03.2022 Order No.
03.
1. Having examined the impugned order dated 21st October, 2009 of the Tribunal, the Court is not satisfied that it suffers from any legal infirmity.
2. The conclusions of the Tribunal as recorded in para 10 of the impugned order read as under:
"The Respondents have taken the very same stand that they have taken in the other applications. To sum up the reasons against the appointment or regularization of the applicants are that (i) They were selected temporarily and the posts were not intended to be filled up permanently.
(ii) The posts were not single posts and therefore the respondents abolished the posts within the ambit of their own guidelines.
(iii) The applicants have not come through a selection process. They also do not possess the qualification for holding the post."
3. There are no materials placed before this Court by the Petitioners to persuade it to come to a different conclusion. There is no merit in this writ petition and it is dismissed as such. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R. K. Pattanaik) Judge TUDU/kabita
