1. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been placed before this Court. She states therein that she has been married to Petitioner No.2 and she is living happily.

2. In that view of the matter, Olatpur P.S. Case No.81(3) of 2009, corresponding to G. R. Case No.1126 of 2009 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack and all orders consequential thereto and proceedings are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
