1. Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client, being member of District Athletic Association was prevented from exercising his voting right. He made representation dated 30th December, 2021 to the Returning Officer (opposite party no.3).

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 and submits, there be direction upon petitioner to make fresh representation to his client. 3.

Petitioner will make fresh representation to opposite party no.1, enclosing copy of earlier representation dated 30th December, 2021 and this order. Said opposite party will deal with and dispose of the
