1. While directing notice to issue in the present petition on 9th December 2014, this Court had stayed the NBW issued against the Petitioners in G.R. Case No.187 of 2006 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C. (Rural), Cuttack.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the parties, i.e., the Petitioners and Opposite Party No.2 have settled their disputes but, Opposite Party No.2 is unable to appear due to illness.
3. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the NBW issued against the Petitioners will stand quashed subject to the Petitioner appearing in the Court of the J.M.F.C. (Rural), Cuttack in the aforementioned case on 5th September, 2022.
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.
5. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
